Take all your make up off love, then do a cold then hot compress different wash cloths .. try to take a q tip to the tip and bottom

you can buy eyewash kits at the store! it's specific saline i think & cups with a cup to wash out any irritants that may be in your eye

Try warm compress and lots of artificial tears, if the light sensitivity continues and if I get painful then go to an ophthalmologist or optometrist to r/o uveitis

Lol people in the comments, this happens to me all the time too girl 😂 get a tissue and dab it in the little corner of your eye to let it absorb the tears instead of rubbing your eye over and over again. I usually just lay there with my eyes shut for a good 10 minutes or so until the inflammation goes down a little
