It’s actually hurting you more than it’s helping — especially if all those businesses rely on you to survive. Multiple streams of income doesn’t mean running multiple businesses. It’s time to pause and review. Here’s what I suggest: The 1-1-1 Rule ✅ One business. Pick the one with the greatest chance of success. If they all feel equal, choose the one that’s already making the most money. ✅ One product or service. Even inside that one business, don’t try to offer everything. Choose your best, most sellable offer — and focus. ✅ One market. You’re not selling to everyone. Pick one market segment. One niche. One ideal customer. Then go all in. Think of your focus like a magnifying glass. You can hold a piece of paper in the sun all day — nothing happens. But the moment you put a magnifying glass over it and focus the light on one spot? It burns. That’s the power of focused energy. When your energy is scattered across 3 or 4 ventures, you can’t give any of them enough to win. But when you zone in — one business, one offer, one market — that’s when things catch fire. Only after that business succeeds, only after you’ve built teams and systems, then you can diversify. Study the best entrepreneurs. They all started by going deep before going wide. Focus is a strategy. Use it.
