callie :
The thing is if I buy one that already has the lids swapped how would I know? The color combos don’t go together at all anyway, so unless I memorize the owala inventory how do I know the one I’m buying isn’t already swapped?

why can't the company just on their website let you choose whatever combo you want when you order that would be the best idea

they really need to start tapeing the lids down or something

people mix and match them in stores so much that at some point they're just going to start selling the bottles without lids and make y'all pay for them separately

its so weird to me too bc are people mix and matching clothing sets that get sold together too or something?? if you dont like something then don't buy it. the entitlement is what confuses me 😭

If they just matched the lids to begin with we wouldn’t have to switch them

If you don’t like what the lid looks like with a certain color you can buy a replacement lid on owala’s website and get the color combo you want without switching lids in stores

Everyone saying the don’t make cute colors like owala isn’t selling monochrome bottles because of the swapping and people saying the are ugly

But why do they have bad taste in colors;like only colors look decent at B & W ones

They need to have a custom option. It would probably help with this

They are doing it for fun. Some say it's because they "don't like the color combos" and some do this because they like to switch them around because they find it fun.

Honestly I can’t even tell which one it’s supposed to be, people mix them up in the store so much I can never find one that looks “right” 😭😭😭

They need to change the packaging somehow. Make it so the people ruining it can’t take off the lids so easily until it’s purchased
