Canola has allopathic effects. That’s why wheat does poorly in the heavy canola trash areas. Canola is the only one I remember the profs mentioning in ag school.

this problem seems to be worse this year, my crop did eventually grow though it but was stunted from it. other years you don't notice this issue at all.
