I have it currently and it feels like I’m swallowing a piece of glass everytime. It gets worse at night and nothing helps.

Don’t forget the hoarseness, I couldn't speak for 3 days. Still testing positive and is day 8 with mild symptoms now.

I have a good pain tolerance. I have given birth 2x unmedicated no big problem, I would rather do that 100x a day for the next year than have this sore throat right now it’s AWFUL! I don’t even have tonsils and it’s still so bad.

My gf and I are approaching week 3 with whatever this is. Started as a sinus infection, moved down into bronchitis type cough, then the symptoms of tonsillitis enlarged tonsils and swallowing razor blades, and now 3 straight days of a fever. The weirdest part, there have been about 3-4 days peppered in throughout all this where I felt 95% better, then pulled right back in.
