Uber needs to change that. There has to be an option to confirm pick up of customer and driving in progress, making it impossible for customer to cancel.

It’s a set up…. You can hear exactly in their tone that they had it planned when the lady is over explaining the situation … and the lady on the left side KNOWS the other passenger…. It’s a set up

I agree. Once the rider is picked up, they shouldn’t be allowed to cancel. Only the driver if they have to put them out. People always trying to scam every dollar they can.
