As someone who does 4 10’s, I prefer it but I also 100% could do my job more efficiently as 4 8’s. I definitely have atleast 1-2 hrs of sitting around bored

honestly tho....I would 1000% prefer 4 10 hours days over 5 8 hour days. i feel like you won't even feel those 2 extra hours that much compared to having that extra day off

The 4 10s is legit better for most people than 5 8s. I agree with the actual 4 day work week, but this is also good. 3 day weekends are bliss
