People use a fine sandpaper and water then touch it up with a polish works better than this as if leaves it feeling smooth and more clear all this really does it get rid of the colour not the foggy issue

You can do exactly the same thing with an electric drill with a polisher attachment and cheap toothpaste.

Sand from 800 to 2000 then use machine and cutting compound polish and fit a sheet of clear PPF on headlights lasts for years.
