Carrie :
I like it printed, hate the phone concept. What if phone dies or has no internet? too risky.

I worked for the airline and do you know how often the computers would be down. I’ve got to have paper too as a backup.

I have both just in case either. I lose the paper copy or my phone dies.

Working at the airport, I have seen on many occasions the person not getting a signal on their phone and being unable to show boarding pass. It probably won't happen but better safe then sorry, especially if running late.

my anxiety needs the paper and check for it every 5 seconds to make sure I haven't lost it. what if my phone "loses" it and I can't board 🤣🤣🤣

You’re supposed to print your boarding pass just in case something is not working as supposed to.
