If it makes you feel better anytime I’ve seen a white person with vitiligo I automatically know it’s vitiligo and not fake tan because they look different (typically fake tans have build up when they’re patchy but vitiligo is smooth if that makes sense)

Yall PLEASE check w a dermatologist to make sure you don’t actually have tinea versicolor which is like a yeast/fungus that grows on the skin 😀👍 only 1% of the population actually has vitiligo

if it helps my little brother has vitiligo and his eyelashes grew in white on just one eye and people find it super cool so even if you don't like your vitiligo, there are tons of people out there who will love it!

stooooop no. I worked at a dermatology office for months and it's literally my favorite skin condition. it's a world map on skin, it's a beautiful variance, if it was on a flower people would spend extra to have it in their homes. it's beautiful.

Some people think I don’t wash my hands until I tell them it’s vitiligo.. but honestly, I couldn’t care less, I’m either white (winter) or have spots (summer), but my relationship with my skin is like every other person.
