my started in my back for 6 months at 48 years old them moved to my hip for another 6 months them i got the frozen shoulder, no doctor told me all I needed was estrogen they told me i needed surgery

I had that 10 years ago and perimenopause was never mentioned once! Not once was it a reason. Arthritis, or u slept on your arm wrong or u have a pinched nerve

I would love to see a menopause specialist because my gyno doesn’t have a clue but you all don’t accept insurance and are crazy expensive and midi no longer accepts most insurances so I feel that menopause care has taken the path of corporate greed like the rest of the medical and pharmaceutical field. I need help. Maybe make your care affordable please

It was AWFUL. With physiotherapy, dry needling and cupping, mine lasted 18 months. I started HRT around 8 months after it started.

I went for my 1st mammogram recently the nurse mentioned how many woman coming in have it without knowing I have 2 frozen shoulders which have never really got better. it runs very strongly in my female line.

Lots of explanations showing research not much on how to stop it or reduce it 🙈 oestrogen won’t help any women if they have Endo and can actually make pain worse 🤔

As a 62 yr old woman it’s took 6 months to recover.They said it was tendinitis but I questioned it.It should not have taken 6 months to recover.
