@leahhopehealth: ZERO! 🥳🎉 My surgery was yesterday so now my content will be focused on sharing the recovery and healing process and then eventually sharing before and afters of my results! I had a brachioplasty and forearmplasty performed by @modernplasticsurgery with the @Advanced Lipedema Treatment program at @The Roxbury Institute which also included liposuction (and addressed some lipedema in my arms) and I’m so looking forward to seeing the results myself! During this surgery I also had the lipedema in my calves and ankles treated by @drariamd! He is a double board certified dermatologic surgeon who specializes in lipedema. This was my first lipedema specific surgery and I’m so excited to be sharing more content in future posts about this portion of my surgery! As of right now, I’m all bandaged up so I haven’t really seen what my arms or calves and ankles look like post op but I already know they look amazing because I expect nothing less from Dr. Moshrefi and Dr. Aria! I’ll continue to update here as I’m able to!
