Of course Batman's villains aren't as strong as Spidey's villains but that's because Spider-Man's villains usually go for physical attacks while Batman's villains target what Batman is, a detective. Spidey would have no trouble physically beating Bruce's Rogues Gallery but I'm pretty sure Spidey will find it hard when Riddler makes him swing throughout the city solving riddles just to end up leading him to a trap where he has to rescue people from being executed by a saw or sum
