keep on mind that you have to have a paper trail for the mortgage lender. we had some cash saved up (not much) and they wouldn't let us use it bc we had no trail where it came from. good luck! ❤️

Have you talked to some lenders? Could you qualify for FHA, USDA, or Fannie Mae loans? I am not familiar with details of them, but the down payment requirements are much lower or not required.

I’m single and I live with my parents, I’m 35. There’s nothing to be ashamed of. We are not talking about this enough. Do you know how many women I see in awful marriages because of their husbands got in the market early? Or because they had help from parents? It’s hard. No matter how financially responsible you are.

I moved back into my parents last year when i had my daughter. I feel guilty admitting there are cons while receiving such a blessing but there can definitely be two truths and allowing space for yourself to acknowledge both is valid. Don’t feel pressure to post more than your health (physical/mental) will allow. We’re here to support whenever/whatever you’re ready to share. The vulnerability to be a content creator is not easy

check out fha loans. they great if you don't mind slightly higher interest. the dti ratios can go up to 55% rather than the conventional 50%.
