The cop in my opinion is definitely wrong but it's so easy if your not guilty of anything just show your ID! It's not complicated, if you feel irs against your constitutional rights, file a law suit at a later date! Simple as that!

The only part I disagree with is that it was not the time or place for him to argue whether he committed a crime or not. He should have shown ID based on what the cop told him and then went to court.

This is just criminal behaviour by the officers and being rude to a cop isn’t against the law and yet they take it as there god and can’t be spoken to in this way..it’s just pure criminal behaviour imbedded in there ego and arrogance something has to happen and something that catches the worlds attention it’s gonna have severe consequences..other good police officers have to stand up for there department and city and report the officers that deliberately break the law
