heck I think what they need to do is get rid of the tag renewal every year once you get a tag for a vehicle that's in your name that should be permanent until you decide to get rid of that vehicle with no renewals needed that will cut back on the expired tag tickets and court and stuff on that

Technically, it already is legal to drive without a license because you do not need a license to travel. Any cop that says you do is wrong

having a liscence for a private vehicle not under commerce is already an illegal breach of the constitutional right to travel. legally you only need a liscence to opperate a vehicle during commerce which means your driving as part of your job. getting the right information is tough though because the legal system makes it difdicult due to the fact thats proving a federal crime against the justice system and the gov can be sued by refusing a citizen a constitutionally given right to travel.
