So many people commenting like they are blind and didn’t watch the same video. Dude set up a camera, approached them and said something causing the guy to stand up, he pushes the guy a bit as he stands up(first contact) then the guy defends himself with the belt. No weights were used, just the weight belt. The guy walked up and started something he couldn’t finish. Use your eyes and brains, sheeeesh.
