We are staying two nights at Animal Kingdom Lodge and two nights at the boardwalk next month for our 35th anniversary. I’ve never stayed at any of the deluxe hotels so I hope I made a good choice.

Fun fact they have the zebras there because if they can hear the lions on the safari they will punt any small animal towards the lion to save themselves. The lions can’t get to them but they don’t know that. 🤣

When I stayed at AKL I’d wake up before the sun came up and sit on my balcony with a cup of coffee and watch the giraffes chase the early morning food trucks that come through 😍😍.
