To be fair, they are technically being sued for knowingly lying to shareholders. Granted, said lie was that they could maintain current profit margins while reducing the amount of anti-consumer practices they were engaging in...but still.

technically they're being sued for not telling blackrock that they'd provide that extra healthcare, not specifically for providing it, although that's probably just because the law doesn't allow blackrock to sue for that

No they haven’t 😑 I have to deal with them daily at work and they literally denied a patient acute rehab after a leg amputation because and I quote, “no matter how much rehab they get, they won’t walk again.”
