I often look forward to your debunking videos but I do notice some caveats like when you mentioned "in a seemingly healthy body" or something along those lines. so does this not pertain to those with nutrient deficiencies and imbalances? and do these companies always follow the prescribed dosing in these drinks. The Yerba mate claim is not true. It’s been debunked plenty of times. She’s talking about smoked Yerba mate. You can buy unsmoked Yerba mate. People have been drinking Yerba mate for 1,000 of years. Monsters have been around for couple centuries and have caused heart attacks.
