@quaniya_1: Maotofu, also known as fermented tofu or moldy tofu, is a traditional Chinese 🇨🇳fermented food that is particularly famous in the Huizhou region of Anhui Province. It is made from tofu that undergoes a specific fermentation process, during which it develops a layer of white mold on its surface. This layer of mold resembles fine hair, hence the name "mao doufu" or “hairy tofu”. Video: @sharing_delicacy
