It's simple, refreshing, and supports your body in the gentlest way - especially around that time of the month. Here’s how I make it work with ease: Prep the base teas in bulk (the night before): • Steep 3 tbsp dried spearmint leaves in 1L just-boiled water. Let cool, then refrigerate overnight with the leaves still in. • Do the same with hibiscus: 3 tbsp hibiscus petals + 1L hot water + 1 cinnamon stick if you like a warm note. Let it steep, cool, then refrigerate. • Juice oranges (or to taste) and let the fresh juice sit in the fridge overnight too. Blend your iced tea the next day (per serving): • 250 ml (1 cup) spearmint tea • 250 ml (1 cup) fresh orange/grapefruit juice • 125 ml (½ cup) hibiscus cinnamon tea Optional: Add a dash of honey or maple syrup if you prefer it sweet. I usually skip it -the citrus gives it just enough lift. This method makes it easy to batch and play with the ratios.
