this is exactly how municipalities exercise tyranny, they make an ordinance then use the police to force compliance with disregard for constitutional rights. all funded by your tax dollar. local governments have become ridiculous. This is clearly a civil matter and they have police out there with guns and calling for more guns to the scene.
