After doing wudhu, I come out of the bathroom and read ayatul kursi. That has actually helped make it last because why is it when you do wudhu you need to pass wind all of a sudden 🙁

If you can, try the Monday/Thursday fasting! :) less intake…less outtake? Easier to do some “dirty fasting” daily during follicular phase, more lax w it during luteal :) I don’t always fast the ENTIRE day but like half of it? Good luck sis

I also struggle with holding my wudu 😭 but on a positive side sister wudu washes away minor sins it’s not just a physical but also a spiritual ablution ❤️
