The way that I understand the law and please correct me if I am wrong …Technically… A president has to notify Congress WITHIN 48 hours. It doesn’t say before it says within. That law’s in place because there are times like with Biden who needed to perform a defensive strike and didn’t have time for Congress to meet and approve things. So idiot in office took advantage of that loophole, which makes him TECHNICALLY not violating the constitution … TECHNICALLY … because he was told by his lower idiots that this was a credible threat… so again … TECHNICALLY .. and it makes me absolutely sick in my stomach to say that, but… TECHNICALLY he didn’t violate the constitution.
