VERY RISKY drinking unpasteurised milk, even from "good farms", even more for children. Farmers usually boil their milk before drinking it, which is what was available before pasteurization was invented.

That's Gold Smooth, that is homogenised so the cream won't collect at the top. The Graham's Jersey milk that isn't is called Gold Top.
