We keep these ones in separate pens and they end up in our freezer. The crazy ones taste the best for some reason.

my husband refuses to sell an evil cow we have, our sweetest one and the bull I raised keep her in line for me when I'm out there alone. Even then I never take my eyes off of her

We had 1 like that. She put everyone over the fence multiple times. I begged my grandpa to not let that one calf because I did not want flying lessons and I was the one who had to tag the calves. She took a trip to freezer camp after she went after the roping horses.
