Make sure to try an allergen five times before marking it as not an allergen. Sometimes it takes a few times to get a reaction. Also if your child is allergic to latex they may b allergic to bananas as well!

Just be careful and spend a couple days at a time on one food or foods they have had before. If you do multiple at a time you run the risk of them having an allergic reaction to something and potentially not finding the cause right away

Love this! Try using a “wet erase” marker so it won’t get wiped off if it gets bumped into. Wet erase markers need liquid to wipe off, a savior in my classroom!
