@trixie_torikushii: President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. inspects the Port of Marawi as part of his site visits to completed recovery and reconstruction projects in Marawi City, Lanao del Sur on June 23, 2025. The Port of Marawi, with a total cost of PhP261.5 million, features an 8,000-square-meter backup area, a single-storey passenger terminal building with a seating capacity of 132, a one-storey fish port, berthing facilities for fast craft, and a Roll-on/roll-off (RoRo) ramp. Prior to this development, the only existing facility at the port was a causeway used by local fisherfolk. Once fully operational, the port is expected to significantly enhance transportation and trade in the region. This project is part of the Marawi Recovery, Rehabilitation, and Peacebuilding Program (MRRP) led by the Office of the Presidential Adviser for Marawi Rehabilitation and Development (OPAMRD), formerly known as Task Force Bangon Marawi. It is an initiative by the Office of the President (OP) to expedite recovery, reconstruction and rehabilitation of the City which was ravaged by a five (5)-month long siege that displaced nearly 400,000 residents on May 23, 2017. #pbbm #presidentbongbongmarcos #bongbongmarcos #marawilanaodelsur #portofmarawi #bagongpilipinas #pbbmadministration #fyp #fypシ゚ #tiktok #tiktokph #copylink #shadowbanned #unshadowbannedme
