Mathew 23:23 Jesus said you can pay tithes but in condition that you first fulfil the most important matter of the law which is Mercy,Justice,and faithfulness Then your tithes can be accepted by the lord so simply a tithes of an obedient person is accepted by the lord Basing on that scripture
