@cheekykiddo: dirty matcha 🍵☕️ #alexcooks why choose one if u can have both? 😆 i’ve tried dirty matcha from several cafes yang viral and sadly, gaada yang menurut gue seenak itu & worth the price. so i tried making it on my own and to my surprise… ENAK BGT? HAHAHA i think yang di cafe2 nambahin susunya kebanyakan banget, jadi rasa matcha dan kopinya kurang keluar. yang ini lumayan nampol duaduanya, ato mungkin preferensi gue emang suka yg lebih pekat. but anyway, enjoy! tweak the recipe as u like. kalo lebih suka rasa matcha lebih menonjol, boleh naikin ke 2,5 ato 3 gram and vice versa. hope u like it! Bahan: 1 shot espresso (sekitar 15-17 gr) 2 gr bubuk matcha 20 gr air suhu 75º (atau sesuai preferensi) 10 gr maple syrup atau pemanis pilihan 100 ml susu full cream (atau susu pilihan) es batu secukupnya
