people don’t understand the emotional vulnerability you need to have to be an actress/actor. putting yourself in a space of anger, sadness and having to switch between yourself and that character can be very emotionally demanding on someone. people just see the series but don’t take into account the actresses have to deal with the emotions as well as the characters that they play
