Babe you are one of the 1mil reasons why i’m studying health sciences for PCOS! We deserve better. You are SO brave and beautiful! You’re not alone and if we have to bang on these insurance companies’ doors we will. I have t1-pcos, here’s what works for me: spearmint tea 2x a day, type “heal pcos sublim” on youtube (also there’s a “lower testosterone” one if you want it), myoinositol gummies 40:1 d-chiro (yellow) daily on amazon, LOADS of water, avoiding chemical endocrine disruptors like perfume on the neck, green veggies, fenugreek, maca root, word searches (to manages stress, stress spikes cortisol which knocks out ovulation - cysts get stuck and become pcos), walking 30 minutes a day, and limiting my sugar & carbs. I used to tweeze daily. Now i’m down to 1x a week. My period came back, I ovulate again, my inflammation has gone down, i feel the weight of depression lifting. My body is literally reversing back to my pre-pcos body! 💗 I pray for your healing today and forever!!
