They do scans they hold the car for at least three days and they charge you as a customer or your insurance company I got charged $1200 and some change for three days like they kept saying it was on route. I never was until those three days were up and then I had to pay for my insurance Scott scammers all toll trucks Or a joke they use the company to make it look like it’s not a crime, but it is the Better Business Bureau should be one of the first place that you have a complaint on this company is shut down their license for their company
