A heartbreaking disagreement has reportedly broken out between the family of late Gospel minister Toluwanisings and his wife over where he should be laid to rest. According to reports, his father wants his son buried at home or taken to Ikirun, where his late mother was buried. However, his wife reportedly prefers that he be buried in a cemetery in Ibadan, saying she cannot bear the thought of seeing her husband’s grave every day. Speaking emotionally, his father explained that although he lives in a rented single room in Ikirun, he still wants his son brought home and buried in his father’s house if he cannot be laid to rest at his wife’s home. He also shared touching details about his late son’s life and upbringing. Toluwanisings’ real name was reportedly Sadiq Olayemi Bayonle. He was born in July 1992 but sadly lost his mother when he was just six months old. After her death, his maternal family took him in, and he grew up in a Christian home. His father revealed that his elder brother played a major role in his upbringing, paying his school fees, buying him a bicycle and making sure he was well taken care of. After secondary school, Toluwanisings gained admission to Yaba College of Technology in Lagos. It was there that he met the woman who later became his wife through their church choir. He eventually informed his family of his intention to marry her. His father said he was happy that his son embraced Christianity, noting that their family had both Christians and Muslims. He also described Toluwanisings as a loving brother who cared deeply for his younger half-siblings and supported them financially whenever he could. But one of the most painful parts of his father's account was the claim that just a day before his death, Toluwanisings had promised to help one of his younger half-siblings get established in life. Sadly, a man who was still making plans to support his family is now gone, leaving his loved ones to mourn him and make difficult decisions in the midst of their grief.
