My father-in-law’s small town Dr kept ignoring the signs of heart failure and when he finally went into cardiac arrest it was discovered his heart had developed extra vessels on its own that saved him.

So, if they say they can tell you've HAD a heart attack but you're not currently, are they able to tell that because it's still not going through because the tissue is dead, but you're not having current symptoms?
