BUMP THIS COMMENT!!! I had this same issue when I categorized my channel as ‘gaming’. When I switched to gaming, it changed my profile to a business profile. The only way to change away from a business profile was to recategorize my channel as ‘entertainment’. You know you have a business account if you have the ability to link your email directly on your page

Don’t worry ! You can appeal after July 13 like it says. They’ve disqualified me before and it was grey out too and I was able to appeal after the given date and apply again . Just fix your profile type and wait till after July 13.
