Verses do not contradict each other on how many went to tomb and do not claim that only this list is correct one, they are spotlighting certain people due to their importance(Mary Magdalene) in this scene, common practice in ancient literature(Plutarch), not only that but next verses suggest that other people tgan mentioned were at the tomb

Josephus account is second hand. Josephus said what others said. He just reported what people said. In other words, while his account tells us that Jesus actually existed, it would not be true to say he said he was resurrected .
