The thing about Toronto real estate is these buildings are built for investors and not really are very livable. Most of them have constant problems and if you google “Ice condos toronto” it will give you a great indicator of how messed our real estate is here. 😭

I am so tired of these new buildings being designed like trash. It's almost like they intentionally don't want to build actual functional living spaces and just want to build empty investment properties. Why bother even putting a kitchen or bathroom at that point.
