I love how deeply you explain everything I personally respect all ships except proships cuz ew I rlly like sanegyiuu but it will NEVERR happen their dynamic is so adorable but in that time period people thought it was disgusting to be gay or lgbtq so it would never ever happen and if one of them is gay or lgbt they would bury it and hid it . shinogyiuu personally seems like it's more likely to happen ita accurate I don't think it would actually happen I don't think shinobu is the kind of person to try to find love she'd focus on herself and her sisters but I don't think she would want love after all she's been through also in the time period it makes sense but I personally like them as sibling but the ship is adorable!

I agree with your view people often forget this time period happened in real world the taisho period started in 1912 till 1926 durring japaneese emperor taisho even if generally known as more democratic than the meji era before or showa era after it was still very conservative mindset in means of relationships and such as it was durring meji era illegal to be homosexual and durring taisho era it wasnt culturally accepted either thats a fact as far as I am aware (talking abt how realistic it is i am not saying I dont like ship just saying people need to understand you cannot apply 2025 morals in 1914-1915)

i love how you explain it 😭... giyuushino is probably my favorite ship, cause as you said they are really cute together and i think shinobu was the closest to giyuu among the hashiras and in my opinion they are pretty reasonable as an uncanon ship
