5 mo pp and my supply dipped at 4 mo when I went back to work. It was hard taking time to pump at work then I’d come home and have to cook/clean/take care of the house etc. I tried hydration packets, coconut water, increased protein. The only thing I didn’t do was power pump.

i had twins in may. i’m 6 weeks in making 25oz a day is it possible to go back to oversupply to make enough for both my babies? i pump every 2.5 hours during the day and do motn pumps most days. just got one baby to latch today for the first time in months
