Carefully monitor your wattage. Our electrician had to run a dedicated line just for the bidet because they use so much. If someone uses the bidet and then plugs in a vacuum, it’ll pop the circuit.

The GFI goes in the bathroom. It’s used by water so that it will “interrupt” the power if water touches it.

They make up to 54 inch drill bits. You don’t have to cut a hole between each stud in your drywall the tricky parts gonna be fishing the wire around the corner. You’re probably better off if you’re upstairs going down the wall through your ceiling and up the other wall from down below. That’ll be easier than trying to go around the corner. Good luck.
