This is literally misinformation... Iphones turn darker when they're overheating in order to cool down, when they're cool enough they go back to full brightness. That's not a setting you can turn off...

Guys has this happend to anyone before and how to fix it. Okay so my phone had 1% and it closed so I charged it and then in the morning I woke up and it wasn’t opening and I even tried to see if there was something with the charger and there wasn’t because it charged my iPad but then my phone won’t show the apple logo and it won’t open please help me!

That happens because it overheats and it dimms the screen to protect the hardware, so when it happens stop using ur phone and put it somewhere cool

This is something that cant be turned off in settings, its simple, your phone is overheating so it reduces brightness to cool back down and to save battery, once cooled it can go back to peak brightness
