Yes that happened to me 2 weeks ago was going up the stairs and felt a pop and was in so much pain 😞 I hope you get better soon

giiirl. just ruptured mine today. how long was recovery for you? The doctor told me ill be able to walk in like a week (on crutches now)... i honestly dont know how that'll be possible?

Oh nooo girl. I can only imagine the pain you are in. Praying for a speedy recovery. My husband went through that and recovered faster than usual. He did have to have surgery but he said stick to your therapy schedule and do the exercises they give you at home. He doesn’t like taking medication and he didn’t take anything. Stay strong sis, you will get through this.
