I never had a Charlie horse until I was pregnant. I woke up screaming! Lucky for me I was visiting my mom who was a marathon runner. It hurt but she flexed my toes towards my head, & made me eat bananas. Now 21 yrs later I get one in same spot every so often. Her remedy still works. I actually have it right now 🤦🏽♀️, hope you feel better!

I just got out of the hospital for this. Plus a weird viral infection that left me with fever and chills, and stomach contractions that wouldnt go away. Worst weekend ever lol. But luckily no blood clot!

I’ve suffered of these types of cramps for about 7yrs now. It was horrible and yes you feel like that cramp is definitely pulling the life out of you! So scary.. it’s difficult to not cry 😭 but I have my diagnosis now.. psoriatic arthritis. Any low electrolytes, too much sodium, sugars dehydrated me and caused the inflammation to trigger those deadly cramps.

I was having constant calf cramps for 4 hours STRAIGHT and it was switching legs. i had school the next morning and it was 2 am and I took pain meds. went to the hospital and nothing.. cramps make me scream, cry, hyperventilate, and shake SO bad.
