@adam_ha_yes: How to launch your first MVP for first time builders. I spent a year trying to launch my first product. The reality is your “launch” is not the life changing moment. The work you put in day in day out is where the magic really is. If you are chasing a dream you inspire me and I want to help you. Put what you’re building in the comments so I can be one of your first users. #marketing #startup #contentmarketing
thank you for this! I'm in LA too. any startup events, people, or groups you suggest getting involved with locally?

I've got 150 users within a few weeks. The thing is i was running a demo version for free and now that Gemini has quadruplet their API prices, I can't do that anymore (thanks google). I'm just working on a workaround for me to be able to run as cheap but as high quality as possible. If anyone has any good AI API advice, I'm willing to take it

How do you prevent people from stealing your idea?

What about building a landing page, spend 100€ in ads, get an action phrase, see how many people give you their email to know more about the product and validate the idea without ever build an MVP first? Do you recommend this method to?

I’ve been working on MagicaLCore, an app that lets you use your iPad to train image classification models (machine learning) directly on your device, offline, with the option to test them later within the app itself.

The video I have been looking for. I'm building an educational app that will presumably be the best in my country but we are delaying to launch due to some little complications

And this works for B2C, but I believe B2B is a different story. Expecting a business to use a half working product is not feasible. What do you think? I’m working on a B2B SaaS and I’m stuck in the perfectionism loop

I think it’s more nuanced. People might not be aiming for perfection but completeness. So tracking that is important.
