@annieolney: I understand it can be frustrating waiting for elevators and I also understand these elevators in particular can take their time to come to your level but where is the respect and etiquette for those elderly, disabled and using trolleys and prams that are incapable of using escalators?? I notice it soooo much as a mum with a pram, it is so simple and so easy but so hard for some people. Just show a little respect and patience 🤍
