well you definitely have to leave the vehicle doesn't matter if you get your refund or not that is his property you need to take the refund business up with Uber not the guy driving you he don't get that money either till after the fact and your costing him more money by wasting his time. you don't get to stay in somebody else's property demanding a refund you won't even get that refund for 3 to 5 business days anyways
