@fitfuelbyjuliana: I would say I’m a little late to the pistachio trend, but pistachios have always had my heart 🥰 I always say it, probably because each time i make a tastier one (lol), but this is the best chia pudding I’ve ever made. It blew my mind and I hope it blows your mind too 🕺 ✨recipe✨ 150g of Greek yoghurt (I used @FAGE UK ) 60g of chia seeds* 1-2 tbs of maple syrup (I used @Hilltop Honey 15g of pistachio butter* 180 mls of liquid (I just used water) For the layers: 10g of pistachio spread + ~15-20 mls of milk 25g of dark chocolate* Things marked with a star are from @Prozis_official (code FITFOODIEJULES for a discount!) Mix together everything for the pudding, then add to a bowl/jar Mix together the pistachio spread and milk until it becomes runny (it will look really clumpy at first but just keep mixing!), then add a blob to the middle of the chia pudding Microwave the chocolate until melted (stir to prevent burning) then drizzle and spread over the top until covered.
