Read some of the comments really makes me sad , I don’t know if any of you are aware that in other countries you pay cash for medical care if you are not from the country, a few months ago a South African was sent away from a hospital in a certain country, a helicopter was arranged for the patient to be brought back to South Africa for medical care , not because they didn’t have the resources but because he wasn’t from that country, so it’s “wrong “ and “ inhuman “ when we do that ? 🤔 This is not a banana country

I completely understand how frustrating and painful this situation is. Our healthcare system is already under so much pressure, and it’s heartbreaking that even those who are sick or trying to care for family back home are struggling. At the same time, we can’t ignore how this affects us too. It’s hard to keep giving when it feels like we’re being taken advantage of. South Africans are tired and rightfully so. It’s about finding fairness and protecting everyone’s dignity, not just pointing fingers.
